:-)
Just kidding... but the days in Vegas (last Mon. - Thurs.) were pretty uneventful to be honest. Of all places to take a breather and relax for a few days, we chose Vegas. Why? Cheap hotels for the quality you get, awesome pools, and not a whole lot to occupy you during the day. After getting up early every day and being constantly on the go from one destination to the next, we wanted to sleep in, slow down, and not feel guilty about making every minute count. This was almost the halfway point of our trip, so we figured - why not? A vacation from our vacation was in order.
Some of what we did while here: lounge by the pool (a lot), lose at roulette (multiple times...), explore lots of casinos (including catching the free Bellagio fountain show and the Mirage volcano explosion), and eat some surprisingly delicious food. We didn't take many pictures in Las Vegas, but here are a few:

We stayed in Vegas for a few days and then launched full steam ahead into the rest of our trip!
Up next: The Grand Canyon and Williams, AZ.
